Filatori products vary in complexity and therefore have different production times. Below is an overview of the current production times for each product. Shipping times are not included, as they vary depending on the shipping service provider and are generally between 1 and 4 days. Any delays not known at the time of order confirmation are always communicated.
Our supply chain team is constantly analyzing all production processes in order to make Made to Order more fluid and efficient over time. In the future, we expect production times to be further compressed.
Filatori ships worldwide via express courier (DHL/UPS) to the address indicated by the customer at the time of order completion, and shipping times depend on the customer's location.

Italy, through GLS express carrier, free for all orders, with transit times of 1-4 days.

All other local customs and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customs and handling charges are borne by the customer, so it is advisable to check with local authorities about any potential fees before placing an order.
Order Status Monitoring
Customers can access the current status of their order on their user profile under "Orders," where they can also find the carrier name and tracking number to track their shipment. Customers are also updated via email throughout the entire production process.
