In these Terms and Conditions, Le Blu s.r.l. will be referred to as "the company", while customers of the company will be referred to as "the customer". The Terms and Conditions apply to any transaction between the company and the customer, whether made online or at one of the company's physical locations ("Showroom", "Studio", "Pop-up store").
Although Le Blu s.r.l. strives to use only high-quality photographs to represent its products as accurately and realistically as possible in terms of color reproduction, it cannot guarantee that the products the customer receives will look exactly like what they see on their computer screen due to the fact that different device screens reproduce colors with wide variations in detail.
By placing an order on the Filatori.com website, the customer declares to be of legal age. If they are a minor, the customer must inform their parents or legal guardian of the terms and conditions of Le Blu s.r.l. before using this website and placing an order. Le Blu s.r.l. reserves the right to accept orders only from customers who have reached 18 years of age.
Payment is made at the time of purchase. Le Blu s.r.l. uses PayPal to process PayPal payments and Shopify Payments to process all other payments. Most major payment methods are accepted through Shopify Payments, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa, PayPal, etc.
Le Blu s.r.l. does not store any debit/credit card information. Payment card information is sent directly to one of the two payment providers listed above via a secure (SSL) connection. The information is approved or declined by the bank and forwarded to PayPal or Shopify Payments. PayPal or Shopify Payments charge the amount to the credit/debit card on behalf of Le blu s.r.l. instantly.
The following currencies are used for transactions on our website: EUR, GBP, USD, CHF. The choice of currency in which to display the shopping cart depends on the customer's geographical location and is determined automatically. The customer cannot choose the currency and will be responsible for any adjustment, conversion, and/or commission applied by their own financial institution or payment processor at the time of payment.
All prices on our website include VAT for all EU customers.
None of the occasional promotional codes are cumulative with each other. Filatori does not apply retroactive discounts. If the customer is unable to apply a promotional code, they can contact customer service within 2 days of placing the order and expect a store credit for future use equal to the amount of the discount.
Promotional codes cannot be applied to an order paid with a gift card.
To place an order, it is necessary to create a size profile providing body measurements and shipping information. After placing an order, the customer can view the created and saved size profile and order history, which can be used to monitor the status of the order, interact with customer service, and reuse sizes for new orders. The profile stores only information related to the order. All information provided must be truthful, accurate, up-to-date, and complete in all respects. Personal information entered during a purchase is used only for order processing and promotional purposes; it will only be disclosed to third parties directly involved in the production of the order or promotion. In addition to personal information, we also record IP addresses and any referral links. This information is used solely for statistical purposes and to investigate cases of abuse/fraud. All personal information is kept for a maximum of 5 years after the financial year in which the order was placed, in order to facilitate trade renewal and fraud investigations. Le Blu s.r.l. reserves the right to accept, refuse, cancel, or hold any order placed. Once the order is received, the customer will receive an order confirmation email indicating the order number and containing information about the order details.
By placing the order, the customer takes full responsibility for having checked that all style options of the chosen product/s and the size are correct. Every order sent is considered final. Since our products are made to measure, we cannot accept changes after the order has been placed. In exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of the company, it may be possible to apply a change to a sent order if requested within a few hours of sending.
By placing the order, the start of production of the order is accepted, so the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised subsequently.
Note: Customers who place an order for the first time with more than 4 items will see it split into two parts. The first part will consist of an item useful to ensure that the ordered fit is the correct one also for the remaining items. Due to the longer times for the completion of such orders, it may happen that one or more of the originally ordered colors are out of stock, in which case we will replace them with a currently available color, in agreement with the customer.
All Filatori products are made to order. This means that we start production once the order is placed, creating a zero-overstock production process.
Filatori products vary in complexity and therefore have different production times. Below is an overview of the current production times for each product. Shipping times, which vary depending on the shipping service provider and are usually between 1 and 4 days, are not included. Any delays not known at the time of order confirmation are always communicated.
Our supply chain team is constantly analyzing all production processes, with the aim of making Made to Order more fluid and efficient over time. In the future, we expect production times to be further compressed.
We ship worldwide, mainly using DHL Express and UPS depending on the region. In exceptional cases, we may use different courier services if this is the only possible solution. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email notification with the tracking number of the package, and can monitor its tracking in the appropriate section of the personal account.
All orders are shipped from the European Union, which means that no import taxes apply for customers with a delivery address in the EU.
In accordance with the Consumer Code on consumer contracts (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, No. 206), the consumer has the right of withdrawal as a general rule. However, the main rule does not apply to goods specially produced on the consumer's instruction and which, by their nature, cannot be returned.
All products offered by Filatori are made individually for each customer. As such, they cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not provide full refunds. However, we offer a full exchange service if the delivered product does not match the ordered stylistic specifications (color, fabric, collar style, etc.). The company reserves the right to decide to request the return of the product or products and to provide a return label, if necessary. Le Blu s.r.l. assumes no responsibility for the correctness of the measurements sent. It is not possible to return a product based on fabric or style preferences.
Every customer who purchases from Filatori is covered by the "Best Fit" Guarantee. The guarantee is offered once for each type of product (t-shirt, polo, sweatshirts, etc.) and can be used once for the same category of product. If the fit of the garment does not meet the customer's expectations, we will adjust the measurements and replace the garment free of charge. Any subsequent replacements of the same type of product are at the company's discretion. In the event that the customer has already used the guarantee once for a certain type of product, but wishes to make further size adjustments, they are encouraged to contact our customer service for advice on fit and size. However, if after using the "Best Fit" Guarantee, the customer decides to make further size adjustments due to changes in body size, size, or style preferences, the customer will not be able to use the "Best Fit" Guarantee again. To be eligible for a replacement, the customer must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the garment and follow the instructions listed in the customer profile under Guarantee. The customer may be asked to measure the garment received and share this information with our support team.
As some colors/models are seasonal/special editions, Filatori does not guarantee that the replacement garment will be of the same color/style.
In the event that a garment is produced with a manufacturing defect or with large deviations (greater than 5% per size), we will replace the garment in accordance with the customer. The customer will be asked to measure the garment received and send photos showing the defect/deviations. The customer must contact the customer service team within 15 days of receiving the order.
Filatori will not accept return requests based on sweat stains or discoloration.

The risk of the goods purchased from the Filatori.com is transferred to the consumer at the time of delivery. The risk then passes from Le Blu s.r.l to the customer as soon as the latter has received the package.
